General instructions for poster authors
- The title of your poster must appear at the top in 25 mm-high capital bold letters.
Make sure that the authors and their corresponding organizations are clearly visible. - Your Poster shall be format A0 portrait (vertical) = 0.84m x 1.19m.
- You shall come with your poster ready to attach; there are no ways to print your poster at the congress center.
- Pins to attach your poster to the support are provided by the congress center.
- We ask you to attach your poster upon arrival at the Congress Center, Monday morning, and leave them until Thursday afternoon.
- We have planned 2 Poster Sessions on Tuesday and on Wednesday, from 15:30 to 16:30, with no other session in parallel, where we ask you to be close to your poster to discuss with the delegates, explain, answer questions, network.
- The display will be done on support panels as shown below:
Note that the panels will each have a number at the top left corner, set from 1 to 70. This number corresponds to the session number of your poster that you can find in the far right column in the table below.
keep that number in mind, you will then be able to pin you poster on the correct panel.
You can view the floor plan with the poster panels here.
List of Posters
You can search and sort the table to your convenience by using the SEARCH area above the table, and the pagination system at the bottom.
