Due to the overwhelming interest in the 5th European Conference for Aeronautics and Space Sciences the time slot have had to be constrained for all presentations to the strict limit of 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Fourteen parallel sessions will be run during the four days of the scientific meeting. The program can be found on this webpage.
Please pay attention that a "No Paper, No Podium" and "No Podium, No Paper" policy is enforced. If you cannot present your paper personally please name a proxy to the session chair and the Technical Committee.
All speakers must properly register for the conference.
If you require a visa, EUCASS 2013 will provide an official letter of invitation through an external service provider. In order to receive this "Letter of Invitation" please register for the conference first. During the registration process you will be asked whether you require an invitation and - in case - for your passport number. The invitation will be sent out as soon as the registration fee has been credited.
EUCASS 2013 has made an arrangement for a block of rooms right at the conference site at a special rate. However, please be aware that we cannot interact with the Conference Hotel on behalf of individuals. We generally recommend you to book your rooms early.
All papers must be submitted and presented in English, the official language of the conference.
