Conference Registration

Thank you for your interest in the 5th European Conference for Aeronautics and Space Sciences which was held July 1-5, 2013 at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre Hotel in Munich, Germany.

Registration Fees*

*The above mentioned amounts include the regular registration fee of 980.00 € and the student registration fee of 380.00 € (tax free according to § 4, Nr. 22a UStG, in the name and for the account of the TU Munich) as well as the fee of 70.00 € for the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner (incl. 19% German VAT, in the name and for the account of INTERPLAN AG, VAT ID Nr. DE213274875).

** Intended for full-time undergraduate/ graduate students only. To apply for the student registration fee, a copy of the student ID is required. Please send the copy by email to registration@eucass2013.de or by fax to +49 (0)89 548234-43.

*** Extra Tickets include attendance to the social events "Welcome Reception" and "Conference Dinner" ONLY. Extra Tickets are subject of availability. The price is stated including 19% German VAT. May only be purchased along a conference registration.

EUCASS Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee covers access to all lectures, lunches and coffee breaks Monday throughout Thursday, the conference program booklet and the proceedings on USB stick or DVD, as well as the "Welcome Reception" held on Sunday evening, June 30, 2013, and the "Conference Dinner" held on Wednesday evening, July 3, 2013.
Special arrangements may be set on discretion of the conference secretariat coordinates only.

Payment

Payments are required to be made in EURO (€) by bank transfer or credit card (VISA, Eurocard or AMEX).
Payment by bank transfer has to be made to the following account:

Please indicate the following reference: “EUCASS 13” and your name.
Banking fees have to be settled by the remitter.

Payments by credit card will be charged directly within your online registration.

Cancellation and changes in booking have to be sent to INTERPLAN in written.

Cancellation of Participation

In case of cancellation until 8 weeks before onset of the conference (May 6th, 2013), the registration fees will be retained. Please note that we are going to charge 60.00 € handling fee for cancellations. Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing to INTERPLAN AG. Refund of any costs is not possible in the event of cancellations made after the above mentioned date or in the event of no show.

Data Protection Notice

INTERPLAN handles all personal data according to the laws of § 4 under the Federal Data Protection Act.

For your registration to the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means to the organisation and completion of the event.

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).

The legislator requires us to obtain your consent. The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this.

The participants declare their consent that all the information made by them to their person within the handling of the above mentioned congress is filed, saved, processed and the demands made can correspondingly be passed onto a third party. The participants agree to receive information on future congresses related to the subject of this event. Declaration of consent can be retracted at any time by sending a message to INTERPLAN AG, Landsberger Str. 155, Haus 1, 80687 Munich, or registration@eucass2013.de.
