PLEASE NOTE, the registration fees include :
- documentation,
- presentation of two papers,
- access to the Reception on Sunday evening and the Welcome party on Monday evening,
- coffee breaks and lunches over four days,
- and confer a two-year EUCASS membership.
Important information for reduced fees

If you wish to benefit from this reduced registration fee, you have to send a proof of your status (e.g. copy of a valid student card) to Carte Blanche (see contact details below).
Without proof of your status, you will not be entitled to this reduced registration fees.

VAT considerations
If you have an Italian VAT number you have to indicate such number when registering and you have to pay the amount VAT excluded, obtained by dividing all indicated amounts by 1,22. You will receive a registration confirmation email along with your invoice when your payment has been received and/or your Italian VAT number provided has been validated. The invoice will indicate your VAT number and the mention “Reverse charge”.
If you have a VAT number from any other country than Italy, you also have to indicate it, and pay the amount VAT included.
Please make sure you typed in a valid VAT number while registering, in case of any doubt please check on the official European Commission website.

During the online payment, you will be connected to the PAYBOX website.
Your credit card details will not be stored on our server.
Cheque

You are responsible for ALL bank fees.
The bank details will be mentionned on the pro-forma invoice sent by email after your registration.

Visa application
If you need a participation letter to get a visa for Milan, please make your application online via your account (button "my account" on the top left corner on the web site).
Once registered and payment and/or student ID confirmed, you may access to the conference letter for the visa application. For any further requests, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation must be sent by email to contact@eucass2017.com
The following cancellation fees will be applied:
- 25% of the registration fees for cancellations received before 16 April 2017
- 50% of the registration fees for cancellations received between 16 April 2017 and 21 May 2017 included
- 100% of the registration fees for cancellations received after 21 May 2017
